HELP I need constipation relief straight away?
i havent been to the toilet for a few days, im going out in 2 hours and i need to go number 2 before i go out because im bloated! (i ate a lot of white bread yesterday) big mistake. anyway i know laxatives help but they take all day to work, i need something that i could find around the house that will work pretty much within an hour. does aloe vera help straight away?
Dont say prune juice because that doesnt help taking it once

What is an enema?
For bloating I drink a couple cups of tea and it acts as a dieretic and helps you get rid of water weight/bloating. A warm bath might help things along, usually does for me anyways. 
I suggest doing the enema or salt water flush AFTER you get home. Unless you get a very fast acting enema.

Stay close to a toilet for the next 30 minutes to an hour, as you may need to evacuate your bowels several times.

Seriously, you might going every 5 minutes after doing those and that's worse than being a little bloated tonight. That's what happened when I did a flush before. I spent the whole night on the toilet. Ugh.
From now on, I would definitely consider taking fiber and drinking lots of water if constipation is a common things for you. Good luck!
